A consultant with Evans + Ayers, Francis is a highly experienced and skilled tax practitioner with over 35 years’ experience, including more than 20 years at EY and PwC. He provides specialist international and domestic tax advice to clients across Australia and internationally. 

Working with a dedicated team of professionals, Francis advises public companies, multinational groups, private businesses, and high-net-worth clients on complex tax matters and strategic tax-effective structures. 

Francis was a finalist in The Tax Institute’s prestigious Tax Advisor of the Year awards in 2019 and is widely regarded as one of Adelaide’s leading tax advisers. He currently chairs The Tax Institute’s Tax Roundtable and is a regular presenter for professional and industry bodies.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Master of Tax from the University of Melbourne.
