Adelaide Arcade is an historic retail shopping centre business in the heart of Adelaide with over seventy tenants. Evans + Ayers actively works collaboratively with the owners to deliver consistently high returns outperforming the retail property market (CBRE Australian CBD Retail Vacancy 2025). 

Currently, Evans + Ayers manages the Anglican Church of SA’s residential and commercial portfolio.

We have provided property management and site activations services to all South Australian universities.

Previous Evans + Ayers engagements include:

• Management and operation of the world renowned Lindsay Park Stud for the Hayes family as they transitioned their business from South Australia to Victoria.
