With more than 25 years of advisory and infrastructure experience, Mark Balnaves has led major business and property transactions, and developed and implemented strategic plans across diverse industries and organisations. He has advised government bodies, universities, and private investors on significant property and infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

Mark is Chairman of Celsus Pty Ltd, the Special Purpose Company overseeing the global consortium that designed, financed, constructed, and now operates the multi-billion-dollar Royal Adelaide Hospital under a Public-Private Partnership. 

A highly experienced board director, Mark currently serves on the boards of ACH Group and Adelaide Development Company, and previously held a directorship with Infrastructure Australia. He also has extensive merger and acquisition experience; advising businesses on preparation for sale and the execution of partial or full divestments across multiple industries.
