Andrew Jonats is the Managing Director of Evans + Ayers. A company auditor, registered tax agent, chartered accountant and licensed real estate agent, Andrew has developed a broad network across local government, business and tertiary education. Prior to joining Evans + Ayers, Andrew worked for international chartered accounting firms in Adelaide, Sydney and London. 

Andrew also serves as General Manager of Adelaide Arcade, an iconic retail shopping centre in the heart of Adelaide. Working alongside his team of skilled lease negotiators and asset managers, Andrew’s leadership has resulted in Adelaide Arcade delivering consistently high returns outperforming the retail property market (CBRE Australian CBD Retail Vacancy 2025). 

Andrew has served and serves on various boards including previously Adelaide Central Markets Authority (Deputy Chair) and currently Renew Adelaide (Deputy Chair).

Previous commercial property Evans + Ayers engagements included:

• Management and operation of the world renowned Lindsay Park Stud for the Hayes family as they transitioned their business from South Australia to Victoria.

• Management and operation of the Thebarton Campus for the University of Adelaide.

• Management and operation of the University of Adelaide CBD portfolio.

• Management and operation of Flinders University student hub and retail precinct.
